Although assembly can be time-Consuming, the instructions are clear and concise, making it a great project for parents and children to complete together. The robot has two modes of operation - Follow Me and Explore - and moves using IR sensors, which respond to hand movements. The Explore mode's obstacle avoidance feature could be improved as it struggles with smaller obstacles. The robot is powered by four AAA batteries, which can last a reasonable amount of time and there is no option to recharge. The build quality is all-plastic and is held together by self-tapping screws. There is a warranty available for replacement parts and support. The toy is rated for 10 years old and above.
